For Solvent Ink Chip of Mimkai & Roland

1. Each Function

1. ON/OFF: Power on /off

2. TYPE: change Ink type

3. COLOR: change the color of chip

4. CAPACITY: change the ink capacity.

5. EXPIRY DATE: expand chip expiry date

6. READ button: for reading chip data

7. PROGRAM button: for programming chip

8. COUNT/ DATA USB : Count USB is required

for programming or reading chips.

DATA USB is required for updating the latest chip

data on the Kit.

2. How to Program Chip

1. Install a Dongle USB counter

2. Power on

3. Select the chip type, color and capacity and expiry data which you want to program

4. Contact and push down the pins of the kit on the chip surface

as the above picture shows

5. Press the PROGRAM button (Pip sounds and the display shows the below message.

one pip sound means success to program, but two or more pip sounds mean

failure.)

3. How to Read a Programmed Chip

1. Install a Dongle USB counter which has one more count)

2. Power on

3. Contact and push down the pins of the kit on the chip surface

as the above picture shows.

4. Press the READ button (Pip sounds and the display shows the below message)

4. How to Update Chip Data

1. Install a data USB which we will send on COUNT/DATA USB slot

2. Power on and then all new data will be updated on the Kit.

3. Power off and install a count USB

4. Power on and do programming
